The Objectives are primarily to
co-ordinate and and facilitate the working of the
affilated wholesale consumers co-operative socities and
assist in the formation , orgsanisation and developent
of Wholesale﮳umers co-operative socities and
with that end in the view :-
(a) To make bulk
procurement of consumers goods from within the State and
other States for supply to affiliated Socities and
arrange the⯰er storage ,ᣫing , grading
and transport of such goods , propvided that
the䡴e Federation , subject to such
reatrictionsas the registrar may lay, shall be
competent to sell goods to public bodies, establishments
and institutions.Ⲿ
(b) To function as agent
of Government and undertaking in public , Private and
Co-operative sectors for the distribution of controlled
and other consumer goods and import consumers goods
abroad in suitable circumstances on the behalf of
affilated socities and other
co-operartives좲>
(c) To estbalish and run
manufacturing and processing units for the production of
consumer goodsollaboration with other
co-operatives or directly by itslef .
(d) To
render technical guidance and assistance to affiliated
wholesale Consumersﭯperative socities
grading , packaging , standardrisation , bulk buying ,
storing , display , Pricing and other business
techniques and also management methods to improve and
increase their operation and managerial
efficiency.
